- Discover luxury island living at Gallery at Bayport ll! We are a gated community nestled in The Villages of Bayport on a private island, with convenient access to numerous highways and bridges. You can find several shopping centers within minutes of our community.
- The Gallery II at Bayport is centrally located in Tampa, Florida. You can come home to this ideal centrally located community that is near the Hillsborough/Pinellas County border and only minutes to everywhere!
- Located near the intersection of Hillsborough Avenue and Memorial Hwy/Sheldon Road. From Clearwater: Take State Road 580 East until you merge onto W. Hillsborough Avenue.
- Located off of Longboat Blvd, approximately ½ mile west of Hillsborough and Memorial Avenues. Downtown Tampa, Clearwater and St. Petersburg are all nearby, and Tampa International Airport is a short seven miles away.

- In addition to the reasons above, as long as you don’t end up with the ‘wrong’ roommate, you can usually count on the comfort of knowing that you have an ear and a shoulder to lean on… and from someone who is hopefully non-judgmental and supportive.
- The utilities average over $250 per month, so sharing these costs with a roommate can make for substantial savings.
- I am currently debating whether or not I want to run a credit check or not… however, at least two references will be necessary.
