I did not ask to the doctor because I saw that when one teen mother asked a police official to bring a little baby of 5 or 6 months to the doctor, he responded by saying why did you come if things were so good in your country. He was yelling this at the girl when he said this. The girl was crying because her baby was so cold and didn’t have enough clothes on.
We were not given sufficient food. The taste of the food was really bad and sometimes the bread was rotten. My baby son did not eat any solid food for the entire 10 days that I was detained in the cold jail cells in Texas."
