2. Dental Health Teeth help you to eat and speak properly. To help protect your teeth and gums, you should brush your teeth and gums regularly and thoroughly to prevent tooth decay and gingivitis. We should also floss to prevent germs from growing between our teeth.
3. Mental Health Have a balanced life by making sure that you have enough rest and recreation time besides doing work so that you can manage stress. Talk to your parents or friends if you are feeling depressed. Exercise to make sure that there is enough oxygen going to your brain.
4. Physical Health We should exercise regularly (3-4 times a week, 30-45 minutes a session). Have a balanced diet and do not eat too much fried or fatty food. We should also have enough sleep and rest and not to overwork.
5. Personal Health We should shower regularly (two times or more if necessary) and if your sweat you should dry yourself. When you cough or sneeze, cover your nose/mouth and then go to wash your hands so as not to spread germs. If you are ill you should not go out and if you do, wear a face mask.
6. Social Health When you are socializing, try to be considerate by making sure you have no body odour or bad breath. If you are not feeling well, stay away from others so that you will not spread germs. Be caring and considerate to everyone around you.
7. Emotional Health Read the Bible to give you good perspective of life. When you are angry, excuse yourself and try to calm down. Also remember not to say anything that you will regret later on. Try to stay calm and think before you speak/act.
