2. Product Overview e-MedSolution is the foundation health information system. It is an on-line, interactive data base system which provides patient registration, admission, discharge, transfer, and functions that support the processing of patient orders, tracking of work to be done, reporting of results, recording of patient medical data, and communication within the health care facility. A key feature of the system is the on-line maintenance of support data, such as departments, clinics, wards, rooms, beds, diagnoses, doctor/room schedules, health user information, code tables, and service items.
3. Patient Management Patient Management is designed to collect patient data, keep current, and make it available to personnel providing care. Patient data is entered into the system as part of registration, preadmission, and/or admission processing. Data items are edited for accuracy using programs and tables customized facility. During a patient’s visit, data such as patient location, diagnosis, and all kinds of status information of the patient can be added to or updated as required. After a patient is discharged, the information is retained in the data bases for use during any further case with your facility.

Critical lab values can be graphically displayed over time, which permits better tracking of clinical data. This is especially helpful in the case of chronically ill patients.
15. Scheduling Different kind of time-sheets allows the scheduling of inpatient and outpatient admission and examinations. Working hour templates can be designed and then generated. Rescheduling, announcement sendings, overbooking, time-reservation can be set.
16. Radiology examinations Transcribed reports can be retrieved, viewed, and edited by physicians as soon as the reports are available from the transcription system.
