software company that develops and markets solutions for the Telco industry with
associated services. The company has approximately 70 employees and generates a
turnover in FY2001 of approximately €8M. Reported to the CEO. Focused on
Interconnect-, Fraud-, and Revenue Assurance solutions.
As Sales Manager I had full responsibility of all revenues at VW, but other areas of
responsibility also included strategic planning necessary for the continuation and
international expansion of the company‟s product and consulting services.
Achievements
Very strong results for all four years. Sales up from €2M 1998, to €4M 1999, to
€6M 2000, and finally €8M for 2001.
Expanded customer base outside Sweden (Netherlands, Finland, Denmark &
Tanzania, which also represented first sales through newly established VAR-
