3. I Believe... Teaching children also encompasses being a substitute parent, psychologist, nurse, stylist, and friend.

4. I Believe... Children want to learn, no matter how challenging it may be for you to open their eyes.

5. I Believe... Patience is the strongest virtue when working with children.

6. I Believe… Listening to children is more effective than dictating to them.

7. I Believe… Children will give respect when it is given to them properly.

8. I Believe… Wrong answers should not be rewarded with harsh criticism.

9. I Believe… Learning and growing is a two-way street for both educators and pupils.

10. I Believe… In giving every student an equal chance, and eliminating favoritism.

11. I Believe… The highest reward is knowing you made a positive difference in a child’s life.
