This document discusses the author's personal learning environment (PLE). It explains that PLEs allow lifelong learning through various tools and resources as learning now occurs across different contexts rather than just from a single provider. The author's first PLE consisted of blogs, wikis, and podcasts that they used to explore topics of interest and interact with others. After taking an e-learning course, the author's PLE has expanded to include additional online tools and resources as technology is transforming education. The author's PLE will continue to evolve over time to support their ongoing, self-directed learning.
