MANAGER
5. JOB DESCRIPTION
§ Consulting with other managers to identify training needs
§ Drawing up an overall training plan.
§ managing a training budget
§ Producing materials for in-house training
§ Working with training providers to develop suitable course
content.
Evaluating the success of individual training programme with
respect to organizational goals.
Managing regular staff appraisals and reviews and making sure
staff have opportunities for ongoing development.
6. Job Specification
Candidates must secure 55% marks in Graduation preferably from
science stream(preference will be given to the candidates with work
experience).
MBA from a recognized institute across India
Must have sharp IT skills (should be proficient in Microsoft Office)
and is required to have competent attitude to handle tough
situations.
Candidates should have abilities to work in a team designing plan
for training purposes.
Communication Skills in English and Hindi should be possessed by
the Candidate .
