Paragon Property Group was established in February 2010 by two passionate and experienced real estate professionals, Anna Daily and K.K. Lopez.  Combining our extensive knowledge and experience, we formed an integrated real estate firm that focuses the majority of its efforts on property management.   Our History
We increased our inventory by 30 properties in 2010. Anna Daily (Partner/Broker):  	Anna received her Real Estate license in 2003 and has been a highly successful real estate agent since.  Earning consistent annual awards with the international franchise between 2003-2007.   Anna has built a reputation of being reliable and dedicated to her business and clients. She is also knowledgeable and passionate about the industry.   Since 2004, Anna has also personally invested in homes for the purpose of renovating and selling; these investment opportunities allowed her to gain significant knowledge and experience in regards to purchasing, selling, and renting investment homes.   In 2008, Anna  held the position of HUD coordinator at First Realty,  the work involved understanding the HUD foreclosure system, listing HUD owned homes and  coordinating contract to closing details. In 2009,  her  focus was specializing in locating prime investment property and leasing rental units, which inspired her to attain her broker’s license and open a brokerage firm, Paragon Property Group. Our People K.K. Lopez (Partner/Property Management specialist):   	K.K. began her career in the multi-family property management industry in 2003. She was promoted in 2005 to an accounting manager and was given the opportunity to be a property manager in 2006.   Since 2006, she has gained a reputation of being one of the top property managers in the multi-family industry, specializing in lease-up properties, and has continually received recognition for her accomplishments.  She has received multiple awards for her efforts, including Property Manager of the Year, Property of the Year, Best Operations Award, and the Superior Customer Service Award.  Her properties have continually exceeded financial, client, and resident expectations.  Through her experience and due to her extensive training for the property management industry, she boasts an immense knowledge of Landlord-Tenant Law, Fair Housing Laws, client and resident relations, asset maintenance, management and leadership skills, sales and marketing, bookkeeping and accounting, and a complete understanding of the importance of property management and its impact on the bottom-line.

Client Convenience:  Our accounting process allows us to make direct deposits to your personal bank account, as well as provide both monthly and annual accounting statements. Resident Convenience:  Our accounting process generates monthly invoices and allows our residents to make online payments, insuring both accurate and timely rent payments.  We use the most advanced technological systems to more efficiently serve you, our clients. The relationships we have built with experienced and reputable multi-family maintenance supervisors, apartment industry vendors, and vendors used while turning investment homes allows us to obtain bids that we trust are in the best interest of you, our client.  The vendor relationships we have built allow us to ensure your expenses are kept to a minimum and will ensure your asset is properly maintained. In order to protect your investment, we have set-up several highly effective programs to insure your asset is maintained to your expectations.   MAINTENANCE & ASSET PRESERVATION
Thorough move-in and move-out inspections.  A very important step in determining the pre and post condition of a tenant occupied property. Bi-annual Inspections:  These inspections occur every six months while your investment home is occupied and insure that the residents are properly maintaining your asset.  If damages have occurred, the inspections allows us to charge the resident for damages incurred while living in the home, make the appropriate repairs, and collect reimbursement monies from the resident with future months’ rents.  The inspections also could protect your home from any further future damage. Paragon’s Preventative Maintenance Program:  Our program reminds our residents via their monthly rent invoices to complete simple maintenance tasks that protect your investment home, such as replacing HVAC air filters, changing smoke detector batteries, and checking dryer vents for debris.   Paragon’s Annual Property Needs Assessment (PNA) Report:  Each year we will present a report recommending maintenance for your asset in the upcoming year such as gutter cleaning, exterior paint, or even a roof replacement.
