enter the local market
and was looking for a
local representative
responsible for
business development
• It was planned that
the employee would
work from home.
• Candidates for this
position needed to
have good experience
in business
development, good
understanding of the
specificities of
financial institutions,
corporate finance.
• It was important that
the candidate was
able to conduct
negotiations with
people at a high level

• The client did not
have a legal entity in
the region and did not
know the local
market.
• As there was nobody
on the ground, the
interviewing and
decision making
process took a while.
• Potential candidates
(high-level
professionals)a wellknown international
brand;
• still, some
candidates had
expressed concerns
about working from
home.

• We not only offered to find a new employee
for the client, but also advised them to use
our outstaffing services.
• We also gave detailed and accurate advice
to the client about the realities of the local

• We also explained the peculiarities of

candidates’ possible fears.
