2. Profile
I am an experienced business transformation professional. I have worked the last seven years in the
design, establishment and optimisation of Shared Services to blue chip organisations in Europe and
North America. In addition, I have worked on a number of SAP implementations as a FI/CO
functional consultant, so I offer wide experience and leadership for companies aspiring to optimise
their business model.
I believe the key to Business Transformations is ensuring the components are established and
working early in the programme lifecycle, giving a base to concentrate on getting milestones
delivered and risks managed.
I place a premium on building strong relationships – the key to business transformation is to ensure
that you build good relationships with your Stakeholders, but equally with the people who are
consumers or users of the services that you provide. This builds unity of purpose in the
programmes I have worked on, but to also help people get through challenging periods, which is a
feature of these programmes.
Through my background in Finance, I possess strong functional skills and can relate to people
through my ability to understand their point of view, and the fact that I have done many different
line Finance roles.
