The No Bully System is a 4-level process for preventing and stopping bullying in schools. It includes training staff as Solution Coaches to respond to bullying incidents, holding Solution Team meetings with students involved, and creating empathy-building plans. Studies show it reduces bullying by over 80% and improves students' perceived safety and frequency of bullying. The nonprofit No Bully aims to bring these innovative and sustainable bullying solutions to schools across the nation.
