2. Know yourself Find out how you think? What it is: Our brains are divided in to quadrants which each have different functions and abilities:- Right frontal : best at creative tasks and ideas. Right basal : deals with feelings and intuition. Left frontal : best at logic and reasoning. Left basal : best at organizing the world, sorting, arranging and filing, keeping order and maintaining routine

4. Determine what you value Values are the things underpin and influence our behavior and the way we react. Source is deep-seated and complex. It is very hard to change values The tool used to rate your values is simple questionnaire. How to use it Assess each of the personal values on both scale A and scale B. Add the two to come up with an overall score.
5. Which of your 5 values are being relatively well satisfied at present? Which of your most important values are not being met? What effect does this have on you and those around you? Identify any ways that you can think of to change your current position to satisfy more of your values? Hint : The more your life is in tune with your values, the less stress you will suffer.

9. Audit your skills A skill is something you can do. This tool gives you the opportunity to focus on what you are good at. Knowing your skills will increase your self confidence and assertiveness and help you make the most of new opportunities. How to use it The first step is to stimulate your thoughts by making a list of experiences. Search out any additional information you have on your skills
