Mr. Singh has more than 20 years experience in process engineering and in directing and managing process improvement initiatives. Mr. Singh’s experience includes implementing changes across multi-national organizations; mentoring and preparing organizations for SCAMPI SM appraisals; and directing, managing, and integrating many full life-cycle system & software developments. Experience also includes Quality Assurance; formulating strategic approaches to develop systems engineering/software solutions; and establishing procedural frameworks and building teams to achieve high levels of performance. Mr. Singh has directed and managed several large-scale national and international efforts (with planning strategies) to achieve business goals on time and on budget. Dr. Bruce Colletti, Principal Scientist : Bruce Colletti provides reach back and advisory support in operations research, statistics, mathematical modeling, and simulation. Dr. Colletti’s military and civilian backgrounds include personnel management, logistics, defense programs analysis, cliometrics, information systems, decision analyses, homeland security risk assessment, and automated reasoning. His main area of research applies group theory to metaheuristic methods of combinatorial optimization. Who we are:
