3. JOB OBJECTIVE:
To supervise, receive and account for all Company materials on the rig.

2. 5. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Description
Spare Parts:
• Maintain the rig store of spare parts and other consumable items and prepare requisition of materials based on the
minimum stock of spare parts to ensure they are kept in good conditions and are available at all times.
• Follow the max/min stock figures with periodic recommendations for review
• Ensure full particulars of materials ordered are provided to speedup processing and delivery.
Receiving Material:
• Receive, inspect and store goods to ensure they are the correct items as ordered and they are stored in the
allocated areas.
Update computer system
• Mark all received materials and keep the stock part system updated during receiving and delivery and inspect the
same to report any irregularities.
Preparing Shipping Documents:
• Ensure the proper preparation of shipping documents for materials to ensure a smooth shipping of materials to other
Locations.
Storing Materials:
• Ensure a proper storing of all materials so as to avoid degradation of goods.
Coordinate with Main Stores:
• Report to the respective GDI Base/Shore base weekly regarding receipt of goods and report all irregularities, if any.
Prepare Inventory Report:
• Prepare annual inventory reports.

4. 6. KEY Performance Indicators:
Description
1- Inventory is up to date and accurate.
2- Goods received are recorded in the system accurately wi t h no deviation from the order placed.
3- Materials are well maintained
7. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal:
• Regular contacts with supervisor rig personnel to provide information regarding material.
• Liaise with HSEO to ensure adequate supply of safety items.
External:
• None
8. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualifications:
• Completion of Secondary (12 years) education.
Minimum Experience:
• 5 years experience in a similar field
