This document outlines the agenda for the Joint APM / NAO / BCS Assurance of ‘Agile’ Projects Conference on November 27th, 2013. The agenda includes presentations in the morning from Alison Terry of the NAO, Brian Wernham, James Findlay of HS2, and Stuart Mitchell of HSBC. After lunch, further presentations will be given by Alison Terry and Jayne Goble of the NAO, Peter Measey of BCS, Henry Loo, and John Underhill of Babcock, followed by a panel discussion and closing comments. Breaks are scheduled between sessions for networking. The goal of the conference is to discuss assurance of agile projects from various perspectives.
