Michele McMahon, the customer success manager, had 20 years of experience including 8 with Salesforce and helped with governance, adoption, and creating customer success roadmaps. The Foundation works to improve communities through technology, people power, and financial resources. Attendees were encouraged to get involved through volunteering. Videos provided overviews of the new Summer '13 features. Information on training discounts and the help portal were also shared.
