This document provides information on two paintings - John Constable's 1822 oil painting "Cloud Study" which depicts clouds and is held at the Courtauld Institute Galleries in London, and J.M.W. Turner's c. 1844 painting "Rain, Steam and Speed" showing a railway engine passing through a landscape which is in the collection of the National Gallery in London.
