This 5-module, online course teaches clinical supervisors how to design and implement motivational incentive programs. The course is self-paced and free for those not requesting continuing education. It introduces the 7 Principles Checklist and Motivational Incentives Implementation Software (MIIS) as no-cost resources. The course objectives are to describe motivational incentives, design an initial program using the checklist, identify implementation challenges, compare plans to others, and access no-cost resources. It is funded by NIDA/SAMHSA and produced by an ATTC blending team with input from experts.
