Jane Burns:An example of what the CRC’s services could mean for a young person.Having a hard time and checks out what’s going on online – Google search refers them to a digital story. From there, linked to Online Wellbeing Centre where they post an Online Q&A. As a result of the Q&A, the young person contacts a headspace site and as part of their treatment they use a mood monitoring app on their phone.
