                        This data sheet provides information about transceiver modules supported on Cisco ASR 9000 Series line cards.

                        Cisco ASR 9000 Series line cards support the following transceiver modules:

                              ●   C Form-Factor Pluggable (CFP) modules for use on 100-Gigabit Ethernet interfaces
                              ●   Small Form-Factor Pluggable (SFP) modules for use on Gigabit Ethernet, Optical Carrier, and
                                  Synchronous Transport Module (STM) interfaces
                              ●   10-Gigabit Small Form-Factor Pluggable (XFP) modules for use on 10-Gigabit Ethernet interfaces
                              ●   SFP Plus (SFP+) modules for use on some 10-Gigabit Ethernet interfaces
                        Table 1 shows the line card support for Cisco ASR 9000 Series transceiver modules.

  • 1. Data Sheet Cisco ASR 9000 Transceiver Modules: Line Card Support ® This data sheet provides information about transceiver modules supported on Cisco ASR 9000 Series line cards. Cisco ASR 9000 Series line cards support the following transceiver modules: ● C Form-Factor Pluggable (CFP) modules for use on 100-Gigabit Ethernet interfaces ● Small Form-Factor Pluggable (SFP) modules for use on Gigabit Ethernet, Optical Carrier, and Synchronous Transport Module (STM) interfaces ● 10-Gigabit Small Form-Factor Pluggable (XFP) modules for use on 10-Gigabit Ethernet interfaces ● SFP Plus (SFP+) modules for use on some 10-Gigabit Ethernet interfaces Table 1 shows the line card support for Cisco ASR 9000 Series transceiver modules.
