2.  Working environment – This project is mega
project involve GLC as main client. I as one of
worker involve in this project working for
MTDC Sdn Bhd to construct a MRT from
Taman Tun Hussein Onn to Taman Mesra.
 Summary of organization – This package
combined 3 main contractor that run the
construction.

3.  MRT Project is a mega project that runs by
MRT Corporation, one of GLC.
2.1 Details in documentation need to be
practices and procedure on working
environment is highly demand.
2.2 In this Package, there was 3 major
contractor that runs the construction. The
documentation almost rely on each other
such as drawing, permit and etc.
2.3 This will cause duplication of document,
miscommunication and a lot of revision
will take part.

4. 3.1 Main purpose of this system is to
centralize document access that can be
view, download, upload or present
anytime and anywhere.
3.2 Objectives
a) Easy access on document for every level.
b) Avoid miscommunication, duplicate/
overlap submission.

5. 3.3 Benefits / Outcomes
- Centralize all document.
- Less paper usage (Green House Effect)
- Web base system (easy to access for
anyone and from anywhere).

6.  Interviewed been done to collect data
(problem statement).
 The needs categorize in several group.
◦ MTDC Organisation – different level such as top
management, manager, executive and non-
executive.
◦ WPC’s contractor to access.
◦ Client and Consultant.

10.  From the initial observation, this system will
eliminate duplicate/overlap document, lack of
supporting document, use only one man
stand to centralize documents and etc.
 This also low cost budget that give highly
return value for all level in the organization.
