develop effective channel strategy and process. We have people based in North
America, Europe and Asia.

License and Service Renewal Experience
bChannels has a team focused specifically on license and
service renewal process. We have extensive experience in
setting up and running renewals teams for a range of
software vendors for an impressive 92% license renewal
rate. We understand the complexities of revenue
recognition for license renewals. In the renewal process
there is also a large opportunity to include training and
professional services to grow your whole service portfolio.

The bChannels Team
bChannels has a team of specialists based in owned offices worldwide. Our Americas
team is based in Utah and is making calls to channel partners in North America,
Canada and Latin America for SAP, Oracle and Symantec.
Our team in Europe, based in the UK, is fully multilingual and is working for Symantec,
SAP, Autodesk and NetApp.

                                      automate the reminder process, and allow
                                      partners to link directly to client renewal sites
                                      for self service. Our calling teams engage with
