Project Reach Out is a program that provides crisis assistance and support for at-risk youth in Price County, Wisconsin and surrounding areas. The program aims to help youth experiencing emotional distress, homelessness, or considering running away. Services include advocacy, family mediation, shelter, and referrals to other community resources.
