Today, we will study about how to write in slide and put slide background.
At last of powerpoint class, our goal is making powerpoint about introduce yourself presentation.
So you have to prepare your own powerpoint presentation.
If you study hard, you can make good presentation. We will give present to students who make a presentation well.
Look at right side of screen.
Click this. And then you can see slide design. Choose and click it.
There are many background form. Choose what you want. And then you can chage slide background.
Is your slide changed? Good job!!!
If you click that small slide what you chose, then window will appear.
Through this window, you can choose that you will change all slide to have one backgroud
or each slide to have different background what you want.
Now we will practice how to write text in slide
To open a new slide, move a cursor to under the small slide at left screen
And write a text what you want boy~
If you want to chage a text style
click the tool in main menu
And click right button of mouse
Please choose a new slide
Now we will learn how to change slide layout.
Click the slide layout.then you can choose slide structure.
Choose what you want
If you have many text to work in a slide , you can write text like word of micro office.

Please click a outline at left side of screen.
There are slide numbers
If you want to write a text in slide , choose a small slide in the left side of screen.and write a text.
Then, you can see same thing in center slide.
At power point , It’s good idea to put a compressed text as possible
And put a many style in slide.
Now I’ll show you how to put a photo in slide
Please click Format in main menus. And click the bullets and numbering….
Then you can see this window. We call that shape as bullet. Bullet is usually located in front of sentence or text.
And can you understand what I’m saying ?
If you don’t understand, I’ll show you example.
You can change style of bullets.
Click the picture button, then you can see various style of bullets.
You can choose what you like. And press ok button.
If you want to insert pictures in slide
Click the insert picture icon under the slide.
Then you can see that window. To insert pictures, you have to find a file what you want in your computer.
To look for file, click right of Look in. and find file.
After finding the file and doubleclick what you choose.
If you do same this route, you can insert a picture what you want.
But if you choose picture though shift key or if you do same first route many time, you can inset many picture in one slide.
This is example of what I talked you about decorate background and inset pictures.
If you want to change order of slides, plz click bottom button in a left side.
Do you remember when you want to see all the slides in a screen, which button you have to click?
It’s second button. Click the second button. Then, you can see many slides in a screen.
I’ll show you How to change the order of slide.
I’ll transfer 14 slide in front of 16 slide
Click the 14 slide. Holding the 14 slide and drag it next to 15 slide.
And then, you ‘ll see the change of order of slides.
