3. The trip plan was:
1-Bus from Gijon to Bilbao
2-Plane from Bilbao to Frankfurt
3-Plane from Frankfurt to Riga
4-Bus from Riga to Silale
5. TRADITIONAL DANCES
Folk is the dance we practiced one afternoon
during our trip
It was so funny, everyone danced together, we
laughed a lot!
Folk dance was like a funny game for us, because
we were not used to it.
6. TRADITIONAL FOOD
We remember traditional food in Lithuania such
as ZEPPELINS which are filled with different
Types of meat or vegetables (pork,carrot..)
We could try some zeppelins the day we had
Folk dance and the day we went to Vilnius!
In Lithuania we used to have lunch about 12.00h and we had
dinner about 19.00h, timetable which is completely different
to Spanish’s. We though food was really cheap.
7. VILNIUS
Vilnus is the capital of Lithuania.
When we went there it was raining
and we had to separate into to 2
groups.
In Vilnus we saw a lot of churches..
EVERYWHERE, anyway, it’s a
beautiful place.
We went into nice
neighborhoods and in skid
rows. We could also see an
Italian University.
8. HILL OF CROSSES
Lithuania has a traditional
place where people go to
put some crosses with their
wishes.
This place had more than
100.000 different crosses!
People used to write about
‘’health’’, ‘’love’’, ‘’family’’ or
‘’money’’.
We could go there and have
our own wishes!
9. As an outside comenius program we
visited Riga and Frankfurt
We arrived earlier than expected, so
we did a short visit to Riga.There,
we stroll in the city together but
then we could separate and we
bought souvenirs, we even went
to drink and eat something!
We went to Frankfurt the day we came
back to Spain. In Frankfurt we visited
the Opera, which was a really amazing
building. We also had a short walk
trough the town.
10. Our experience. FREE TIME
Our experience with the other people of
our age was incredible. We thought
they were amazing people. We live far
away, but we are similar. The different
things make us special.
In the free time we were all together
until 23:00 or 00:00 in the school or in
a game room dancing, playing ping-pong,
singing…
And one day we played bowling!
We definitely made real friends and had
real fun.
