- Variety of tangible resources, all at no cost for use. Some actually lend. All have at least one workstation that is set up to assist customers with disabilities, e.g., adjustable table, large monitor with zoom text, adaptive equipment for visually impaired, e.g., dragon speak, etc. Most centers also have computer lab where customers can brush up on their PC skills through self-directed tutorials or instructor lead classes
- US DOL and DED are collaborating to make retraining easier during these economically turbulent times. Consequently, individuals that are collecting unemployment insurance will receive special consideration for financial aid.
