1. Tip #1: Blink. Breathe. Consciously blink more than usual and
tightly close your eyes for one minute. Breathe deeply when you
close your eyes. It is sure to release the tension in the eyes.

2. Tip # 2: Sleep. Take a nap

3. Tip # 3: Sprinkle. Splash water
on your eyes and drink it too!

4. Tip # 4. Cry. If you feel like crying, good! Else get an onion and start
crying. It will effectively and quickly remedy the pain in your eyes.

5. Tip # 5: Be yourself. And do anything that would relax your eyes

6. Tip # 6: Tense. Relax. Stretch your eye muscles. Moving your
Eye brows up and down.
It relaxes the muscles connected with eyes.

7. Tip # 7: Close your mind and tell your eyes that your eye-muscles/parts
are relaxing around your eyes, in your eyes etc.
Tell it in detail. Self-Hypnosis in relaxing your eyes will magically release
pain.

8. Tip # 8: Rubbing. Rub your hands on your face and then put your
palms on your eyes for 20 seconds.
Do it four times. It will reduce pain slowly but surely.

9. Tip # 9: Sprinkler. Use towel of cold water to
put on your eyes while working.
Alternatively you can sprinkle water while working.
Using a sprinkler. It will be fun way to relax your eyes.
