2. Why Intranet? Organization – Intranets can be one stop shopping for all of types of our documents, including hard-to-find ones. Collaboration – when a team of employees need to work on a single document, it may be difficult to keep track of who is working on which part of the document. Communication – without an Intranet,it could be difficult or time consuming to communicate well within an organization.
