company conception in 2001 we have built our business on the recruitment of high level
engineering staff across the UK, Norway, Denmark, Holland, Germany, Belgium, France,
Spain and Italy, supporting organisations such as Shell, BG-Group, Repsol, Hess, Total and
Maersk, amongst others.
• Our knowledge and experience of operating within the various European countries tax laws
ensures that the candidates we supply are well informed of the location they will be
operating and they are pay rolled in accordance with relevant taxation laws.
• Kin-Tec are registering as an Employer and Payroll Supplier in Spain and Norway. This give
us full autonomy and control of the payroll process for all candidates working with Kin-Tec in
Spain.
9. Spanish Payroll
Services
• Kin-Tec are currently working with a firm in Madrid, Strong Abogadas, who are assisting our
non-residential registration in Spain as an Employer and Payroll business.
• This investment for Kin-Tec in Spain further establishes our company in Europe and will
ensure that all payroll and accountancy issues for our candidates in Spain are handled
internally rather than being outsourced to a third party.
• Completion for our registration in Spain is targeted for August 2010
10. Africa
• Kin-Tec have nearly a decade of experience providing engineering personnel to Africa.
• We are delighted to confirm the opening of a Kin-Tec office in Ghana in August 2010. This
office is to support our on-going partnership with Tullow Oil and will offer a full recruitment
and payroll service.
• Kin-Tec will also be opening an office in Uganda in the final quarter of 2010
• Kin-Tec have ground support operations established in Nigeria, Algeria and Tunisia. These
partnerships offer a full recruitment, ground support, visa and payroll service. We supply
this service through trusted, long standing, in country partners.
11. Asia
• Kin-Tec have experience supplying personnel on a permanent / project hire basis to India,
Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore and Thailand. We have supported, and continue to support
organisations such as Total, Premier Oil, Petronas, Worley Parsons, Foster Wheeler, Hess
and Cairn amongst others.
• To Support the increasing demand from our clients for us to have a presence in Asia, we
have recently entered into a partnership agreement with an organisation in Singapore who
specialise in providing ground support services and payroll for expat personnel across
Asia.
• We have targeted Asia as a market where we wish to increase our presence and our
recruitment capabilities in the near future. This will be achieved initially through our
partnership agreement before we look to invest further and establish a Kin-Tec branch in
Asia.
12. Middle East
• Kin-Tec are recognised across the MENA region as a reliable and trusted recruitment
partner. From company conception in 2001 we have built our business on the recruitment of
high level engineering staff across Bahrain , Kuwait, Jordan, U.A.E, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq,
Egypt, Israel, Qatar, Oman, Lebanon, Syria, and Yemen, supporting organisations such as
Shell, Worley Parsons, Petrofac, Total, Maersk and Wood Group amongst others.
• Our knowledge and experience of operating within the various MENA countries ensures that
the candidates we supply are well informed of the location they will be operating.
• Through partnership with a firm in Abu Dhabi we can provide local payroll, visa and full
ground support services across the region
• In 2012, Kin-Tec will be opening an office in Abu Dhabi to remove the need for this
partnership and will offer a full local recruitment solution for the Middle East region.
13. North and South America
• Kin-Tec are supporting several EPC and Operating companies in North and South America
with the recruitment of technical engineering personnel.
• South America will be our next overseas venture as we look to further establish ourselves in
the market and have a local presence. This will be a fully functional recruitment office
providing a recruitment solution to the South American market. We will provide candidates
on a permanent and contract basis and offer a full ground support service including the
provision of local and expat personnel, visa’s (as required), payroll and logistics.

Hannibal / Miskar - An upgrade of the Hannibal
production facilities to process varying
compositions of gas is complete. Otherworks
include Hannibal plant and Miskar platform
upgrades, resulting in an additional facilities
capacity of 5%.
OKLNG - BG Group and its partners are
developing Olokola LNG (OKLNG), a
liquefaction plant at Olokola, on the south-
western coast of Nigeria. In 2007, the SHA was
signed between NNPC, Shell, Chevron and BG
Group.
Jordbaer – Located in the northern segment of the Norwegian North Sea,
the Jordbaer field is situated on Production License 373 S in an extension
of the Tampen Spur area, approximately 28 miles (45 kilometers)
northeast of the Snorre field
