The hotel was sold at a 4.1% capitalization rate and was achieving approximately 55%
occupancy at the time of sale. Originally built in 1988 with a 30-room addition in 1993, the
property will receive minor upgrades from the new owners. The 3-story brick hotel is
situated in a highly visible location along US Highway 10, and contains approximately 10,000
sq. ft. of meeting space, a large leased fitness facilty, lounge and indoor waterpark.
