5. 1. Bicycle Crunches
Lie down on a mat with your back to
the floor and bend your knees while
keeping your feet on the floor. Place
your hands behind your head but keep
the fingers relaxed and unclasped.
Tighten your abs as you push your lower back into the mat, lift your head,
shoulders, and upper back from the floor while at the same time moving your right
elbow and left knee toward each other. As all this is happening, your right leg
should be straightening without coming into contact with the ground.
Bring your right knee up and move the left elbow and right knee toward each other
while simultaneously straightening the left leg. This is a single rep.
Do 10 reps on each side.

6. 2. Bicycle Crunches
Start this exercise by assuming the
standard pushup position. Lift one leg up
off the floor so only your hands and other
leg are supporting you.
Bend your elbows and lower your body
until your upper arms are parallel to the
floor. Hold this pose for a second before
straightening the arms to raise yourself
back up into the starting position.
Do 20 reps.

7. 3. Burpee Jump Ups
Start by standing up straight with your
arms at your sides. Place your feet
approximately shoulder-width apart.
Perform a squat, put your hands, palms
down, onto the floor in front of you and
then kick your legs straight out behind
you so you form the standard push up
position. Complete one pushup; resume the squat position by pulling your legs
back under you, keeping the palms on the floor.
Push back up into the standing position, and then immediately into a jump while
putting your arms straight up over your head. Jump as high as you can. When you
return to the floor you will have completed one rep.
Do 30 reps.

8. 4. Plié Squats
Spread your feet about three-feet apart and point
your toes out. With your hands on your hips, lower
your body and push your hips back until your
thighs are parallel with the floor. Hold and then
slowly bring yourself back up to the start position
for one rep.
Do 40 reps.

9. 5. Jumping Jacks
Place your feet with about a shoulder width’s
distance between them, and your arms hanging
loosely at the sides.
Do a small jump and spread your feet apart at the
same time as you quickly bring your hands
straight up above your head. Your hands should
be close together without touching, and the palms
facing forward.
Next, bring your feet back together with another
small jump and quickly bring the arms back down
to your sides for one rep.
Do 50 reps.
