Brain-Grain Training Solutions is founded by a group of inspired and motivated individuals with
professional training and experience. This start-up venture is dedicated towards betterment of
society by transforming potentially unprepared individuals into motivated and well-prepared
professionals ready to take on challenges and succeed.

Overview
In an ever changing business environment it is important that students and professionals are
geared to handle the nuances through effective professional management. Our series of programs
will help the young professionals and corporate professionals to develop the ability to adopt and
manage complex business situations, especially the art of making decisions in uncertain or
ambiguous environments, break away from functional focus and develop a more inclusive
attitude, integrate cross-functional objectives to generate innovative solutions that benefit the
organization as a whole, and build a global business, general management programs for you.

Training Methodology
 The training programs are delivered focusing on the needs of adult learning requirement,
ensuring active participation by keeping it interactive. 

 The training sessions designed are participant-oriented keeping in mind the participant’s profile. 

 Ample time is budgeted for participants to introspect and examine their current practices. 

 Depending on the program an appropriate mix of various techniques and tools will be used
to conduct the program: 

 Mix of these techniques and tools will help the participants to link the new learning
methodologies with the existing ones and improvise. 

 Critical inputs will be provided and the participants will be challenged to revisit their beliefs and
modify them if considered necessary and apply them on the job or / and personal life.
