Financial / Range Planning
v Preparing financial projections keeping in view the past performance, corporate plans and
trends & assigning store wise and week wise targets.
v Responsible to achieve top-line and bottom-line for the given brands and Categories.
v Determining the optimum options/ range mix as per the budget, footage and store grades.
v Monitoring market trends and competition
Vendor Relationship Management
v Identifying and developing potential vendors/ suppliers for achieving cost effective
purchases; achieving reduction in prices and timely delivery.
v Treating vendors as partners in mutual growth through constant feedback and
communication.
Inventory Management / Analysis
v Conducting daily, weekly & seasonal analysis of sales, stocks, best sellers, etc. and
monitoring stores’ performance vis-à-vis stipulated targets.
v Handling intake management and allocations within OTBs & ensuring constant
replenishment / reorders to avoid stock outs.
v Markdown planning to phase out slow movers and devising offers /promos to boost sales
v To update stores with new ranges, products, stories and way ahead and get regular
qualitative feedbacks from the Front end team which helps in improvisation of the product line.
Retail Operations
v Implementing sales promotion plans and new concepts to generate increased sales for
achievement of revenue targets.
v Managing Customer Relationship including interaction with customers for effective
resolution of customer grievances and obtain feedback.
Man Management
v Recruiting, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in
2. process operations & meeting individual & group targets.
Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities & motivates high
