Easter has come and gone and we have had our fun. It was an incredible time for

healthy. Every morning, you will have to add a teaspoon of salt to about 1 litre
of warm water. You have to drink it right when you wake up and make sure you

cocktail from the following ingredients:
- Freshly squeezed juice from 5 lemons
- 300 ml of maple syrup
- 2 litres of water
- A teaspoon of ground cayenne pepper
These ingredients mix together to form the ultimate detox weapon. Drink it
every day and it will help you cleanse your colon, bring your body’s pH to the
optimum level and lose quite a bit of weight. After 10 days of the diet, you will
have a much healthier body and you will have lost up to 20 pounds. Note that
you should not eat any solid foods while you are on this amazing detox diet.
Furthermore, once you finish it, you need to gradually ease back into your
regular eating habits. Otherwise, you’ll gain all that weight back. And on a final
note, make sure you do not stay on this diet for more than 10 days. It IS
absolutely amazing, but too much of anything can hurt you. Consider taking a
10 day break before you get on this detox diet again.
Detoxifying foods
If you think the maple syrup detox diet is too hardcore, consider including the
following foods in your diet:
Oranges: They have a natural laxative effect and act as a full body energizer.
Furthermore, they contain vitamin C, which helps your liver eliminate toxins more
proficiently. You should drink a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice after your
evening meal and another one in the morning
Cabbage: This is one of the most underrated foods out there. It lowers cholesterol
levels, prevents free radicals from reaching your cells and contains substances which
encourage your body to produce enzymes which contribute to your detox needs.
