BHOOMI FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES is a Bhoomi
Ventures Group of Companies. It was founded by ex-IT and ex-
Military persons with vast experience in Facility Management,
Security Services and Construction.
Mission: With our team expertise in managing IT/ITES
companies, hospitals, industrial, residential and commercial
buildings, we believe in “Single point of Contact” approach for the
provision of integrated facility management solutions. Through
our management initiatives and property evaluation
methodology, we remove redundancies and wastage which help
in reducing management expenses, but never compromise on
the quality of our estate management services and the value of
the property.

We ensure optimal utilisation of resources to meet organisational
needs and management of facilities provided to the tenants
within the mall. This will include provision of adequate power
supply, safety issues in case of emergency and miscellaneous
issues related to signage, water supply, sanitation, etc.
We ensure that all our solutions have the most essential
component, a deep understanding of our clients and their needs.
