Ghana is located in West Africa, bordering Burkina Faso, Côte d'Ivoire, and Togo. It has a warm, humid climate and its northern area produces cocoa, minerals, and timber. The majority of Ghanaians are Christian and there are several ethnic groups, each with their own traditions. Ghana's economy relies on agriculture, including cocoa, as well as oil production and exports of gold, diamonds, timber and aluminum. It has a history of stable governance since independence.
