4. NON-VERBAL COMMUNICATION Communication not only involves the spoken words that is referred as non-verbal communication. Communication through the use of signs and symbols is non verbal Communication. Non verbal communication involves sending and receiving messages through gestures, body language, posture, facial expression, clothing, appreance and managing time etc.

13. CHRONEMICS Time or chronemics can be used very differently with respect to individuals and cultures. Time perceptions includes punctuality, willingness to wait and interactions. Time affects lifestyles, daily agendas, speed of speech and movements, how long people are willing to listen, etc. It is the science that deals with the perception of time. It is very important parameters from a business perspective.

14. CHROMATIC It is the use of colour to communicate. Time is immemorial that colour has been used symbolically in different cultures. Such as white is associated with peace and Purple is associated with royalty.

15. PARALANGUAGE Paralanguage (sometimes called vocalics) is the study of non-verbal cues of the voice. Various properties of speech such as tone, pitch,pause,rhythm and accent, all gives non-verbal cues. Paralanguage may change the meaning of words.
