• 16 weeks of guided research occurred. The project was on how African Americans in a small town utilize
YouTube how-to hair tutorials. This project needed to be approved by the Institutional Review Board.
Utilized a variety of methods of observation from participant observation, and other methods of research,
conducted 3-hours of transcribed interviews also presented a 20-minute research finding presentation

includes Balance Sheet, Income Statement, CAPM, WACC, and other projection modules including weekly
and monthly regression, for the past 10 years. Compute all data for all above documents in addition to
several others.

• Worked with the Associate Dean of Student Involvement and Engagement, the special projects Manager as
well as the Vice President of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs. The purpose of the internship
was to find new ways and eliminate ways that do not benefit the retention rates. Ultimately came up with
three suggestions for improvement though the semester long internship which implored both practicum and
research though a variety of articles on Student Involvement, engagement, and retention.
