Once Americans make it to age 65, men can expect to live
an additional 17 years and women can expect to live 20
more years.
A 65-year-old couple retiring in 2011 with Medicare
insurance coverage will need approximately $278,000 to
cover medical expenses during the combined remainder of
their lifetimes. This estimate includes deductibles,
supplemental health care insurance premiums and out-of-
pocket expenses not covered by insurance.
This figure does not include over-the-counter medications,
most dental services, and most long-term care expenses and
nursing home expenses.

Most Important:
First paragraph must be a summary of experience.
• Tailor your resume to the job
• Make your resume clear, neat and tidy
• View your experience in a positive light
• Place the important and appropriate information up-front
• Put your name and email address on every page
• Use positive language
• Quote concrete outcomes to support your claims
• Make use of the internet for sample resume and resume
templates

• Hand-write or type your resume
• Include information which may be viewed negatively
• Include anything that might discriminate against you
• Include salary information and expectations
• Make your resume more than two pages long
• Dilute your important messages
