Kids Busy Book provides a comprehensive directory of attractions and events for kids throughout the
Sacramento valley and California. Sacramento is full of wonderful indoor and outdoor places to take
your children. Our site offers a variety of ideas to help you decide what to do today, this weekend, or all
month long. Kids Busy Book was founded in January 2012 in response to a huge interest among my
mommy friends in finding local activities that appeal to children, particularly the very young. Over
time, the directory has grown to showcase attractions throughout Northern California, and promises to
cover much more in the future.
We have something for everyone - whether it is a playful park within walking distance, a joyful bounce
house in town, or a gorgeous bit of wilderness that’s worth the drive. You can also track down the best
place for your child’s next birthday party. Our listings are targeted to a vareirty of age-specfic groups
including, toddlers, pre-schoolers, school age, pre-teen, and teenagers. We feature activities, birthday
party ideas, classes for children, outdoor fun, indoor fun, group activities, family fun locations, places
