The Benefits of Franchising
            Franchising is a wonderful way to go into business for yourself - without being by yourself. You don’t
            have to be an expert at franchising or have industry experience. Because your growth affects the
            growth of the franchisor, you’ll find a team of dedicated professionals willing and able to support you

            With a franchise, you are awarded a package – product or service, brand name and trademarks,

          Today, staffing is one of the fastest growing industries
          in the country. According to the U.S. Bureau of
          Labor Statistics, the staffing industry is expected
          to create more jobs than any other industry over
          the next ten years. As you can see from this graph,
          flexible staffing has grown rapidly during the past
          16 years.*

                                                                     The staffing industry is taking an increasingly prominent role as a
                                                              “labor market intermediary” between employers and employees. Over
                                                   90% of U.S. businesses use staffing services.

                                         For employers, staffing firms lower the costs of hiring by handling recruiting, screening, and
                                   testing. For employees, staffing firms provide income, flexible work assignments, and a bridge
                              to permanent jobs.

                              Industrial staffing makes up a significant part of the staffing workforce. Data from the U. S. Bureau
                              of Labor Statistics showed that the industrial sector employs more than one million people—more
                              than 35% of all temporary and contract employees—making it the largest employer of the staffing
                              sectors.

The History of Link
    In 1980, Bill and Karen Pitts started Link Staffing Services with the intent to make it a place that both clients and staff
