1) Start with paper survey in MS Word format
2) Copy and paste survey into a text document
3) Edit text document into DSL format
4) Run DSL formatted survey through the survey
engine
5) Load generated data files into the WHR
database
6) View survey online!
7) (Repeat 1-6 as needed)
