Joe Bower is a fantastic technological guru when it comes to anything
education. That and he has a hilarious perspective on certain topics
(such as standardized testing and Mitt Romney)

4. @HansRosling
A big name when it comes to advocating for education in underdeveloped
parts of the world. Has done extensive work with the Gates Education
Foundation

5. @eips
I attended a school that belonged to EIPS for 13 years, naturally I decided
to follow it. Provides info to both teachers and parents regarding news in
Elk Island area

6. @tkorte
Another technological guru. Works for EPSB and offers plenty of info
regarding new technology that can be used within the classroom

7. @philmcrae
Offers good resources for elementary teachers that want to incorporate
technology into their classroom in a more practical way.

8. @misterhay
EIPS technology consultant, incredibly informative when trouble shooting
issues regarding old technology within the classroom.

9. Summary of my PLN
Over the course of this exercise, I have added approximately 20-30 respected
education professionals. Most of them are situated around Alberta, however
I did find a few that were more concerned with international education. Most
of my international PLN’s have been involved with TED talks in way way or
another which is very interesting. My mom decided to follow me on Twitter;
she is a principal, however I never followed her back, so I rejected that PLN.
