Bruce Reyes-Chow gave a presentation on embracing a multicultural approach. He discussed the concept of the "long tail" where niche groups have significant impact. He argued that churches like the PC(USA) should shift from a monolithic view to embracing their diverse congregations. Reyes-Chow also described finding a diverse group of people embracing openness and ambiguity at the Multicultural Baptist Church of Southern California where he preaches.
