8. PLANNING COUNCIL AND PPG MEETINGS
Are facilitated by the co-chairs

RWPC and PPG meet once a month

9. HOW DO I GET TO BE A MEMBER?
Submit an application for the Planning Council
Nominations Committee review application and
makes recommendations to the mayor’s designee
City official makes official appointment of 2 year
term
New members will receive a letter and be invited to
orientation
Those not recommended will be considered for
appointment at a later date and are invited to attend
meetings
10. SUPPORT GIVEN TO MEMBERS
Orientation session and follow up session a few

Ongoing training at Planning Council and
committee meetings
OHP staff available to help members
Transportation reimbursement provided
