 First two years follow the BEng programmes 
 Third year similar to BEng but with 1 or 2 specialised

 Final year includes specialised technical modules and 
a more wide-ranging interdisciplinary group project 
with an industrial and/or commercial involvement
MEng Courses 
• All MEng programmes have a related BEng 
programme: 
 The corresponding BEng course for MEng Electrical 
Engineering with Renewable Energy Systems is 
BEng Electronic and Electrical Engineering 
• Students may change from BEng to MEng at the end 
of Level 2 if performing at the required standard
