Auditing - Business Operations Support Services
We at B.O.S.S provide complete Audit training and Auditing Services of
Management Systems to check whether that the organizational
management system is complying with the requirements of ISO.
A Quality Audit is the examination of the management system of an
organization systematically by an internal or external Auditor. Audits
evaluate how successfully new processes have been implemented, verify
the objective evidence of implantation of processes, judge how
effectively target levels have been achieved, and provide objective
evidence regarding elimination and reduction of areas having problem.
Auditing should not only provide proof of non-conformities or corrective
actions but also highlight areas for improvement and good practice.
There are Three Types of Audits;
First Party Audits: First Party Audits or Internal audits are carried out by
the internal employees of an organization to check compliance of an
organizations procedures and practices and aim to improve the
management system.
Second Party Audits: These are audits of management systems of a
Supplier or Contractor, by a Customer to determine its ability to meet
contractual obligations and is also called the External audit.
Third Party Audits: These are Audits used for Certification to ISO
standards. Third party audits are carried out by ISO Certification bodies.

Meeting ISO (International Organization for Standardization) quality

standards are the most recognized quality standards — after all, the
organization’s members consist of the national standards organizations
of 150 countries. Follow these ISO quality standards, which provide a

Get commitment from top management to ensure success.
● Train all employees on the basics of quality.
● Prepare your quality policy manual.
● Document operating procedures.
● Perform an internal audit.
● Select an ISO certification agency to use.
● Have the certification agency perform the audit.
● If you pass the audit, congratulations!
● If you don’t pass the audit, take necessary corrective action and
repeat the audit.

implement, maintain, or improve their quality system.
Dedication – an auditor has to dedicate themselves to focusing on
adding value to the organization and ensuring customers receive
their product free of defects. This may include furthering education
and joining quality groups.
Integrity – an auditor must audit fairly but most hold themselves and
organizations accountable. Ultimately both the auditor and the
organization want the best for the customer and whether minors,
majors, observations, or opportunities for improvement are identified
they should be mitigated as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Trust – an auditor must understand that they are a visitor in the
organization they are auditing. A professional relationship built on
trust is important in auditing. The organization is trusting their
proprietary information in your hands. They are trusting you with their
processes and with their people.
Lastly, they trust that you will be understand their business, dedicate
yourself to your craft, and maintain integrity throughout the process.
