What To Know About A UFC Blog
UFC is the popular acronym used to reference Ultimate

weight classes in this sport: heavyweight, flyweight,
light heavyweight, bantamweight, middleweight,
featherweight, welterweight and lightweight. The eight-
sided cage where matches are carried out is known by
the name The Octagon.
Fighters must dress in a certain way during matches.
They must wear no shoes and only shorts that have
been approved. Under no circumstances are shirts or
long pants allowed. Open-finger gloves may be OK, so
long as they have been approved beforehand. Fighters
who wear gloves are usually doing it to protect their
hands from injury while making punches. Mouth guards
and jockstraps are mandatory and also subject to
approval.
There are multiple ways in which fights of this kind can
end, for instance: no contest, TKO or technical knockout,
submission, forfeit, judges decision, disqualification. A
10-point judging system is used for fights. There are
three judges present to score the players have each
round. The round winner is given 10 points and the loser
will receive 9 or less. There are more than 30 fouls that
may be called during fights and sometimes points are
deducted by offenders.
In more recent years, the fighting championship has
grown in popularity. This is associated with the growth
in television coverage of the fights. Fans usually look at
or follow UFC blogs and mainstream coverage to stay up
to date on all that is going on. Blogs might also feature
event information, discussion forums, rankings,
interviews, rumors and much more.
