1. Mission Statement
This provincial committee undertakes the following mission:
Bridges Association
To facilitate the transition from school-to-work for students with
special needs through advocacy efforts. AGM

To network, share expertise, information and resources with each
individual member. June 1, 2012
To promote, advocate and educate both the community and
educators regarding employment issues concerning those with
disabilities.
To share models of both existing and proposed working
relationships between the three key players:
 Employers Marydale Park
 Community agencies/resources
 Educators 5999 Chippewa, Hamilton, ON
Hamilton Ontario,
To become familiar with funding resources and advocate for L0R 1W0
adequate funding to enhance employability.
